Acceptable Use — Hosting and Software
Acceptable Use Policy
For requested hosting and software services; proposed effective date October 9, 2026. Paid hosting has not launched. These terms will be incorporated into the individual service agreement before activation.
Customers must use services lawfully and may not host malware, phishing pages, unauthorized access tools, stolen content, abuse materials, spam infrastructure or content that infringes the rights of others. Bulk unsolicited emailing, denial-of-service attacks, network scanning of third-party systems without permission, cryptocurrency mining without an explicit agreement, and attempts to bypass security or resource limits are prohibited.
Plans are subject to resource limits and separation from Bullcoming’s own project systems. We may investigate suspected abuse and temporarily restrict services when necessary to protect security and legal obligations, with reasonable notification where practical. We will explain data retrieval and cancellation options in the signed service agreement.
Customers are responsible for the content and authorized use of their websites, backups and credentials. We will maintain administrative safeguards, use secure channels for access, and state any backup obligations clearly in writing.
