Need help with your account, want to test a tool, or spotted something that doesn’t work? Send a ticket through the form below. Every submission is saved in our website inbox and an email notification is sent to our team. This is the first version of the help desk; ticket numbers, member ticket history and support tracking are being developed.
What to include
Tell us which website or tool you are using, the page where the problem happened, what you expected, and what happened instead. For beta testing, put “Beta Test” in the message and tell us whether you tested signup, email verification, login, Business Launch or a plugin. Please do not send passwords, access codes, financial account information or sensitive documents.
